1Step 1: Drag to Applications
Once downloaded, open the volume disk image and drag Canoryn into your Applications directory. Test the action below:

Step 2: Allow Canoryn to Run
Because Canoryn is currently in open beta and is not yet signed by Apple, Gatekeeper will show a blocked warning. Approve it in one of two ways:
Method 1: System Settings (Recommended)
- 1First Attempt: Launch Canoryn from Applications. You will see a warning dialog stating Apple could not verify if the app is free of malware. Click Done.
- 2Open Settings: Open your Mac's System Settings and go to the Privacy & Security section.
- 3Locate Security: Scroll down to the Security heading. You will see a note stating "Canoryn" was blocked from use.
- 4Approve App: Click Open Anyway, authenticate, and select Open to authorize.
