Refunds

How to ask

Use the refund request form — it's already filled in, just add the email you bought with. Or find your order at paddle.net (the link is also in your Paddle receipt) and request a refund there.

What happens

• The full amount goes back to the card or account you paid with, including any tax.
• Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Your Founding Supporter license is deactivated. The free app keeps working as before.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway if something went wrong — a duplicate charge, or the app not working on your Mac. We'll look at every case.
