1. Introduction

Procode AI Labs ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our desktop application ("Canoryn") and services handle your data.Our core philosophy is Local-First: your data belongs on your device.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Screen Recordings & Vision Data: Canoryn processes screen content locally on your Mac using on-device models or ephemeral API calls. We do not stream, record, or store video feeds of your screen on our servers.
  • Keystrokes: We do not log keystrokes. Input monitoring is used strictly for real-time agent triggering and is processed locally.
  • File Contents: Your local files accessed by the agent remain on your machine.

3. Data We Collect

We only collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services:

  • Account Information: Email address and authentication details (via Supabase).
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Usage Telemetry: Anonymized data about feature usage (e.g., "created a new agent") to help us improve the app. You can opt-out of this in Settings.

4. AI Processing

When you use cloud-based LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) through Canoryn:

  • Prompt data is sent directly from your device to the provider.
  • We do not act as a middleman for these requests unless you use our managed gateway.
  • Please refer to the privacy policies of your chosen AI providers.
