Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Procode AI Labs Canoryn application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta Software Warning

Canoryn is currently in Beta. The software may contain bugs, errors, and cause unexpected behavior. You acknowledge that you use the software at your own risk.

3. AI Behavior & Liability

Canoryn is an autonomous agent capable of interacting with your computer (mouse, keyboard, files).

  • Human Supervision Required: You agree to supervise the agent's actions at all times.
  • No Liability for Actions: Procode AI Labs is not liable for data loss, accidental emails, modifications to files, or any other actions performed by the agent. You are solely responsible for the instructions you give and the permissions you grant.
  • Hallucinations: AI models can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). Do not rely on Canoryn for critical decision-making without verification.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to ban accounts that use Canoryn for malicious purposes, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, or unauthorized access to systems.
