Who we are

Canoryn is made by Procode AI Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in India. In these terms, "we" means Procode AI Labs and "you" means the person or organisation using Canoryn.

Using the app

The app is licensed, not sold. How you may use it is set out in the license. Canoryn is in public beta: features change, and some things will break. Keep backups of work that matters, and review what the agent changes before you ship it.

You are in charge of the agent

Canoryn acts on your instructions, with the models and accounts you connect. You are responsible for what you ask it to do, for reviewing the changes it makes, and for following the terms of the AI providers and services you use through it. Actions that can't be undone ask for your permission first; granting it is your decision.

Your content

What you create with Canoryn is yours. If you publish a workflow or page on canoryn.app, you give us permission to host and show it publicly until you remove it, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.

A Founding Supporter license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. See refunds for how to get your money back.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, publish unlawful content or attack our systems.

No warranty

Canoryn is provided "as is". AI models can be wrong, and an agent can make mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.
